Rudolph Community and Care is currently hiring a Executive Director of Programming. The Vice President of programming will oversee current programming and expansion of Rudolph Community and Care's vison for the future. 

RCC is a family owned company, providing unique approaches for adults and children with developmental disabilities and mental illness in the Twin Cities metro area. We are committed to providing person-centered, home care services to individuals seeking to increase their independence. Responsibilities

  • Represent programming department on executive leadership team.
  • Make recommendations to President regarding programming department direction and philosophy.
  • Weigh in on and work to accomplish strategic goals of RCC.
  • Client rate development, management, and auditing (RMS).
  • Set and achieve quarterly and annual goals for programming department
  • Budget development and management
  • Quality assurance development and administration.
  • Referral management and vetting.
  • Assures that programs are in compliance with all applicable licensure, certifications and contract standards.
  • Face of the programming department.
  • Build and maintain positive professional relationships with county, state, and agency officials.
  • Lead and manage team of Programming Directors, Program Managers, and Training Coordinator
  • Owns all internal 245D policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience working with individuals who have developmental/mental health disabilities required OR 4 years of post-secondary education in Human Services required and 5+ years of experience required
  • 4+ years of experience in mid/upper-level management position required
  • 1+ year of experience working with individuals who have high behaviors (biting, hitting, kicking) required
  • 4+ years of administrative experience required
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment law
  • Strong knowledge of 245D.
