Position Summary: The Finance Associate assists the finance department with various administrative tasks. The Finance Associate is responsible for maintaining records for three companies (Rudolph Community and Care, True Stone Properties, and True Stone Commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enters all invoices for companies in Quickbooks
  • Calculate and process billing bi-weekly and monthly
  • Complete monthly reconciliation of all grocery program account and rep payee accounts
  • Maintain fiscal files and records
  • Assist in monthly journal entries for companies in QuickBooks
  • Assist in monthly reconciliation of selected balance sheet accounts for companies
  • Post daily company credit card charges for companies

  • Associates degree in finance/accounting preferred
  • 1+ year of related experience
  • Previous experience using Quickbooks preferred
  • Excellent computer skills

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:

  • Ability to write narratives in grammatically correct sentences in English
  • Communication skills adequate to relay information in English
  • Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory record
  • Ability to pass DHS background check
