Rudolph Community and Care (RCC) is current seeking a qualified Program Director of Crisis responsible for overseeing crisis/respite programs for persons with disabilities and mental health issues. The Program Director will ensure service regulations and quality, optimum team performance, and person-centered planning across all programs. Program Director will lead and support the Program Managers and the Direct Support Professionals for the program.  Program Director will be based out of corporate office in Savage, MN and travel regularly to all residential sites in Dakota and Scott Counties.

RCC promotes near-independent living by providing Person-Centered and customizable Adult Foster Care home environments. Program Director responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage Program Managers and Direct Support Professionals, and all aspects of service delivery and standards.
  • Develop and motivate organizational leadership by serving as a professional role model to staff through positive communications and interactions with consumers, employees, families, case managers, day program personnel, medical personnel, and additional stakeholders.
  • Provide individualized person-centered planning, responsive care team coordination, and effective communication standards.
  • Implement organization's quality assurance system and standards.
  • Maintain and oversee organization's policies and procedures, regulations and compliance standards, including 245D standards.
  • Implement and provide staff training programs, program development, and team communication systems.
  • Maintain and oversee the organization's online documenting systems.
  • Develop, administer, and effectively manage all program budgets.

Qualifications

  • Prefer Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, human services, or related business field.  
  • Prefer a minimum of 4 years of experience in serving individuals with disabilities and the knowledge, experience, and ability to administer agency programs. A minimum of 4-6  years supervisory and leadership experience.
  • Must have experience and knowledge of applicable local, state, federal laws including knowledge of 245D.
  • Excellent oral, written communication, and relationship building skills required.
  • Must have ability to manage multiple needs and tasks at the same time
  • Must have a positive attitude, high standards and ethics, and ability to lead in fast-paced environment.
